With over 100+ years of combined experience internally with Everest Software versions, we have been there, seen it and handled it with respect with solutions / services over the past 20 years. Having started with Accware for DOS, becoming the one of the first organizations on Everest ever and all of the subsequent versions over the years – there is not much we have not experienced.

Great question. The Ignite / Everest Support is for software maintenance, support and updates. Please contact Ignite for more details about any added software program benefits. MARTEC360’s professional services support is more inclusive whereby we can/will work on things such as: SQL Server Tuning, Windows Environment Configuration / Optimization, Custom Projects, Business Process Consulting, Integration Requirements Discovery and more.
We can and have in the past. Please contact us if you are interested in exploring how to further maximize your investment.
Please note: Any MARTEC360 support programs for Everest are not inclusive of software maintenance or license support. A merchant must maintain an active agreement with Ignite to be entitled to software updates or support. Yes, MARTEC360 does support legacy accounts which are still on versions 2, 3, 4 and 5.
All managed upgrades are handled on either a prepaid T&M Block-Time model or a fixed bid project model (after our team has completed 1 or 2 managed upgrades for an account). While no organization is the same and one size does not fit all – a typical managed upgrade process for an organization with limited to no customizations is typically ~ 20 hours.
For larger organizations with more data, more than 1 company or extensive integrations/customizations, the managed upgrade process normally takes more time. The largest scope we have dealt with for an organization upgrading from V2 to V8 was 120 hours + test environment creation. All services through MARTEC360 are direct through us. Please contact Ignite or Everest Software directly related to any questions or concerns related to your platinum subscription.
MARTEC360 has taken over as the official developer / partner for the Avalara AvaTax connector with Everest as of July 2020. All implementations and enhancements will go through MARTEC360 for versions 6.x and above. At present, only version 6.x and 7.x are certified with Avalara. The teams here are busy updating the software to obtain certification for versions 5.x and 8.x.
MARTEC360 has taken over as the official developer / partner for the Magento connector with Everest as of July 2020. All implementations and enhancements will go through MARTEC360 for versions 6.x and above going forward. Please see our e-commerce integrations for Everest and/or Commerce Connector pages for more details on various integrations which now exist.
MARTEC360 has taken over as the official developer / partner for the FoxFire WMS connector with Everest as of July 2020. All implementations and enhancements will go through MARTEC360 for versions 6.x and above going forward.
MARTEC360 has taken over as the official developer / partner for the eBridge Connections integration with Everest as of July 2020. All implementations and enhancements will go through MARTEC360 for versions 5.x and above going forward.
MARTEC360 is no longer working on individual one-off cases. All support connects to pre-paid professional services block-time, a compiled project, a SaaS subscription for some MARTEC360 solution or through an annual support subscription.
Emergency service rates start at $250/hr with a 5 hour minimum for any mission critical / business down scenario unless otherwise noted in SaaS or support contract agreement in place with MARTEC360.
