To provide context, a full sandbox environment typically costs 30% of a client’s total monthly spend to host and maintain. Instead of passing through a percentage-based fee, we are keeping your full environment available for a flat rate per month, which keeps your costs predictable and substantially lower than industry norms.
If you choose not to participate in the sandbox program, any support case requiring our team to access or interact with your environment will incur a minimum fee of $1,500 for setup, plus the hourly support time associated with the request. This is due to the additional risk, handling, and manual work required without a dedicated testing environment.
